Who Will I Become Foundation

Every Child Deserves to See
How Big Their Future Can Be

Empowering youth ages 6 to 25 to discover careers, build essential life skills, and unlock their true potential.

THE ROOT CAUSE

Changing Futures Before The
Justice System Becomes The Story

It’s rarely a lack of character that derails a young person's life—it's a lack of exposure to what's possible.

When a child can't picture themselves in a boardroom, a laboratory, or leading their own business, the streets offer a default narrative. We exist to intercept that narrative. By providing early exposure to high-growth careers, mentorship, and civic leadership, we help youth write a different story before a crisis ever strikes.

The Real Difference

We Do More Than Tell Them.
We Help Them See It.

Mentorship conversation showcasing advice without exposure

The Limits of Advice

Telling a young person they have potential is a crucial first step—but words only travel so far. Without a tangible picture of what that potential looks like, advice remains abstract. We recognize that motivation alone doesn't build careers; it must be paired with undeniable proof of what's possible.

The Power of Opportunity

When we walk them into a boardroom, a research lab, or a production studio, the abstract becomes attainable. Seeing professionals who look like them, working in spaces they previously didn't know existed, permanently shifts their perspective. Real-world exposure turns 'you can do it' into 'I belong here'.
